Chris Bayley

Chris Bayley has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT sector. Chris began their career at 3M, where they gained experience in application development, systems design, systems analysis, and project management. At Campbell Soup Company, they served as IT Director for the UK & Ireland, developing an IT strategy to support business growth. Chris then joined Cable & Wireless, leading the Service Delivery & Security Services department through a business re-engineering process. Bayley later joined TUI, initially as CIO, where they revitalized the IT department by aligning the IT strategy with the business strategy, implementing Agile development, and increasing the use of cloud-based services. Their most recent position was at Smith & Nephew, where they served as CIO until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of CTO at Audley Travel.

Chris Bayley completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing & Informatics at the University of Plymouth from 1986 to 1990. The degree focused on the fields of Information Technology and Business Administration.
