Shonna Nyamupanda has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Shonna started their career in 2020 as a Stock Auditor at RGIS - UK and worked there until June 2021. In January 2021, they joined weareworkforce as a Customer Service Advisor and continued in that role until June 2021.

In June 2021, Shonna became a Trainee Duty Manager at JenningsBet, where they worked until August 2021. Following that, they joined TTEC as a Customer Relations Advisor in August 2021 and then transitioned to the role of Customer Relations Manager from January 2022 to February 2022.

From February 2022 to February 2023, Shonna worked at Hamptons as a Client Services Consultant. In this role, they conducted business generation calls, nurtured appraisals into new instructions, and built credibility with prospective clients by discussing the housing market.

Currently, Shonna is employed at Audley Travel as a Sales Operations Specialist, starting from March 2023.

Shonna Nyamupanda began their education at Conisborough College in 2012, where they pursued GCSE. Shonna completed their studies at Conisborough College in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Shonna attended Christ The King St Mary's and obtained a BTEC degree in health and social care during this period.
