Chris Beavers

Chris Beavers is an experienced software engineer, having worked in the field since 2011. In 2011, they were a Software Engineering Intern at LinkedIn, followed by a Software Engineer role from 2012-2014. From 2014-2016, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Trifacta, where they architected and delivered v2 of Trifacta's data profiling engine and extended the type system to support hierarchical map and array types. From 2016-2018, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Front Row Education, where they learned Haskell and built a system for nightly synchronization with diverse SIS systems. In 2018, they were a Co-Founder and VP of Engineering at Audseb, Inc., as well as VP of Engineering at AskHR, a division of Audseb. Finally, in 2019 they were a Staff Software Engineer at Freckle by Renaissance. Currently, they are VP of Engineering at Surge.AI.

Chris Beavers graduated from Harvey Mudd College in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, with distinction.
