Archana Anand

Archana Anand has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Archana began their career as a Human Resources Trainee at Lanxess India Pvt. Ltd. in 2012 and later worked as a Human Resources Officer at LANXESS India Private Limited from 2013 to 2015. Archana then joined Lanxess India Pvt. Ltd. again as a Senior Officer in Human Resources in 2015, where they held the position until January 2017. In 2020, Archana Anand joined Aufait Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Officer in the Talent Acquisition department and later progressed to the role of Head of Talent Acquisition in July 2021.

Archana Anand completed their Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in International Business/foreign trade from the same university, from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications in SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from LinkedIn Learning, and in Tech Recruiting Foundations: 1 Introduction and Tech Recruiting Foundations: 3 Recruiting Software Developers from LinkedIn. These certifications were all obtained in April 2022.
