Avery Sims

Avery Sims is a seasoned professional in merchandising and retail strategy, currently serving as the Gifting Strategy Director at Augeo since August 2024. Prior to this role, Avery held the position of Senior Buyer at Rally House from May 2023 to August 2024 and spent nearly two decades at Design Resources, Inc., where responsibilities included Director of Merchandising, focusing on Nike license business and other private label brands. Additionally, Avery contributed to the Apparel and Textiles Professional Advisory Board at Kansas State University from August 2017 to April 2021, supporting the advancement of the Apparel and Textiles Program. Avery's extensive career also includes roles such as Resort Sales Manager at Camp David and Key Account Sales Manager at Jones & Mitchell Sportswear.
