Carl Gatzke

Carl Gatzke has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Carl started their career in 1998 as an Intern/Associate at The Scarborough Group Inc., where they assisted advisors with research, analyzed securities, and wrote summarized articles. In 2003, they joined Aerotek as an Account Recruiting Manager, where they managed client relationships and was responsible for the identification, placement, and management of contract employees. In 2005, they became a Regional Account Manager at TriMech Services, where they created a new database of engineering clients, minimized branch Workers Compensation and Unemployment, and managed operations, sales, and recruiting for the Columbia office. Since 2006, they have been working at Augmentation Inc. as the Director of Business Development, where they identify companies, manages a recruiting team, and provides leadership and motivation for a technical recruiter.

Carl Gatzke completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration at Salisbury University from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business at the University of Maryland.
