Kseniia Syrtsova

Kseniia Syrtsova has been working in the business field since 2016. Kseniia began their career as a Sales Manager at coffeeRoots Cantata, where they managed organizational sales and set individual sales targets with the sales team. In 2019, Kseniia moved to HR-Содействие and worked as a Recruiter, building positive relationships with clients and designing job descriptions according to their needs and visions of perfect candidates. Later that same year, Kseniia took on an internship as a Group Facilitator at Masa Israel Journey, where they worked with groups to create a comfortable environment, determine internal conflicts and develop relationships between participants. In 2020, Kseniia began working as a Front Desk Receptionist at Shenkin hotel, where they provided assistance with client's needs and business correspondence, managed supplies and housekeeping, and offered customer service and sales of local hotel services. In 2021, Kseniia became an Office Manager at NFTrade, and in 2022 they began their current role as an Office Manager at Augmented Intelligence (AUI™).

Kseniia Syrtsova completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from South Ural State University (SUSU) in 2018. Kseniia has also obtained certifications in Employee Engagement and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2022, It Recruitment from Нетология in 2020, Masa Tlalim Group Facilitation from Masa Israel Journey in 2019, and Masa Global Leadership Summit from Masa Israel Journey in 2018.
