Monica Synstelien

Monica Merila is an experienced professional with a strong background in SEO, communications, and development. Currently serving as SEO Manager at Augurian since July 2021, Monica has previously held positions including Senior Analyst and Organic Search Analyst at the same company. Prior to Augurian, Monica worked as Communications and Development Manager at Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation and held various roles in digital marketing and teaching at companies such as Guitar Center and Hemisphere Companies. As a self-employed Advanced Practice Esthetician from 2016 to 2019, Monica also contributed as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health for a longitudinal study.
