Danelle DiLibero

Danelle DiLibero serves as the Vice President of People at Augury since February 2024. Previously, Danelle held the position of Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Anova from 2019 to January 2024, where Danelle was instrumental in restructuring HR operations across multiple acquired companies and consolidating global people operations. Danelle is a member of Chief, a network dedicated to empowering women in leadership, and has contributed as an official member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. Danelle's extensive experience includes leadership roles in talent acquisition at Verisk Analytics and OnDeck, co-founding the consulting firm Get-Attention, and creating standardized recruiting practices at Risk Management Solutions. Danelle holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership/HR Management from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor's Degree in English & American Literature from the University of South Florida.
