Michal Gutelzon's work experience begins with an internship at S. Horowitz & Co. Law Office in 2002. Michal then worked as a Bureau Manager for the Ministry of Environmental Protection & Ministry of Technology & Science in Israel in 2004. After that, they served as an Associate at Rubin-Shmuelevich Law Office in Herzliya, Israel. In 2005, they worked as an Associate at Tal Keret & Co. Law Office, advising employers and employees on employment and labor law matters. During the same year, they also worked as an Associate in the legal department at IBM Global Services, counseling various departments within the organization.

In 2008, Gutelzon joined Herzog, Fox & Neeman as an Associate, providing regulatory compliance counseling for corporate clients in the Environment & Climate Change law practice group. Michal later became a Consultant for the same practice, offering day-to-day regulatory compliance counseling and participating in diverse environmental matters.

In 2015, Gutelzon became the Director of Programs and Operations at IEFF (Israeli Executives & Founders Forum), a non-profit organization, where they rebuilt their activities in Silicon Valley, expanded their activity to San Francisco, grew the community by 50%, and built a volunteers team to run sub professional groups.

Gutelzon then worked as an Operations Manager at Folloze from 2016 to 2017, where they established and managed various aspects of HR in the company's US operations, including employee benefits, payroll, 401K, and onboarding & offboarding, while developing policies to support a positive company culture.

From 2017 to 2021, they served in various roles at Fyber — A Digital Turbine Company. Michal started as the Head of HR North America, where they were an HR generalist responsible for Fyber's two offices in North America, overseeing culture, employee engagement, benefits and compensation, recruiting, and operations. In 2020, they became the Director of Human Resources for the company before moving on to their current role.

In 2021, Gutelzon joined Augury as the People Operations Director, GTM.

Michal Gutelzon's education history begins in 1998 when they attended Reichman University and obtained a LL.B. and B.A. specialization in Finance, with a focus on law and business. They completed this program in 2002. In 2005, Gutelzon enrolled at Tel Aviv University and earned an LL.M., Master of Public Law degree, specializing in environmental law, which was completed in 2009. In 2012, they pursued further education at Columbia University, completing a program in Conservation and Environmental Sustainability at the Center for Environmental Research and Conservation. In the same year, Gutelzon also attended Columbia | SIPA, where they obtained an Executive Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Environmental Policy and Sustainability Management. Lastly, in 2021, Gutelzon obtained a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
