Tomi Ere is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and consulting. Currently serving as a Partner at August Associates since February 2007 and as Chairman of the Board at Amcham Finland since December 2020, Tomi has demonstrated significant expertise in driving business results. Prior to these roles, Tomi worked as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2001 to January 2007, and held sales and marketing positions at 3M from March 1999 to January 2001. Tomi’s career began at Neste Oil as a thesis worker in strategic planning from 1998 to 1999. Tomi holds a Master of Science degree in Business and Chemistry from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and has pursued further education at Harvard Business School.
