Dominic Decarlo

Dominic DeCarlo is an experienced video production specialist with a background in coordinating various aspects of video projects at August Jackson since May 2022, following a progression from intern to coordinator. Previous experience includes serving as Digital Liaison for The Daily Iowan, where Dominic enhanced visibility for DITV by managing online content, and as a member of DITV's tech staff, operating production equipment and producing newscasts. At the University of Iowa Student Video Productions, Dominic held roles including Senior Contracts Producer, effectively managing client relationships and production processes. Additional roles include security guard at Elray's Live & Dive and laborer at SJM Custom Cabinetry. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with double majors in Cinema and Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Iowa.
