Frank Andrews

Frank founded AJ in 2003 and ran it as CEO through 2016. He currently serves as AJ’s Chairman and CEO of ARC Holdings, AJ’s parent company. Today, he challenges our leaders to create and sustain a culture committed to service excellence. He adheres that one of the greatest moments in his entire career is when he founded AJ and he vows to continually encourage a culture of inspired thinking and ambition.
