Aman Haque is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, human resources, marketing, and corporate communications, currently serving as Partner and Head of Global Operations at August Leadership from September 2025. Prior to this role, Aman held various senior positions at Engro Corp from March 2010 to September 2025, including Vice President of Human Resources & Workplace Services, where management of over 400 personnel and collaboration with six subsidiaries were key responsibilities. Aman's background also includes Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Communications, where significant contributions to brand awareness and PR strategy were made. As Director of Sustainability at Engro Foundation, Aman spearheaded impactful social initiatives through strategic partnerships. A past role as Executive Producer at CNBC Pakistan and involvement in establishing DawnNews TV further showcase a strong media and communications background. Additionally, experience at Deloitte and KPMG provided vital insights into post-merger integration and strategic commercial intelligence. Aman earned a BSc in Radio/TV/Film & Political Science from Northwestern University.
