Debra France, Ed.D.

Dr. Debra France is an advisor at August Public and a keynote presenter and thought leader. Debra has spoken at numerous conferences and events on topics related to leadership, innovation, and the future of work.

France began their career as a teacher and educational researcher. Debra later transitioned into corporate leadership roles, first at W. L. Gore & Associates and then at the Conference Board. In these roles, they focused on developing leaders and cultivating innovation within organizations.

France has also been an active scholar, conducting research on topics such as adaptive organizations, the future of work, and talent development. Debra has written several articles and books on these topics, including "Preparing to Thrive in the Disrupted Talent Marketplace" (2017) and "Evolving Leadership and Organizational Practices for a Post-Automation Workforce" (2018).
