Marianne Aerni

Marianne Aerni is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in facilitation, coaching, and entrepreneurship. Currently a Partner at The Zone Global since September 2019, Marianne focuses on helping organizations discover purpose and enhance performance. As a Co-Founder of The Wild NYC since May 2018, Marianne promotes collaborative problem-solving and creative thinking. Additional roles include Facilitator and Agile Coach at August Public, Trusted Facilitator for Unreasonable, and Design & Innovation Principal at Fjord. Marianne has led significant initiatives such as Google's 30 Weeks Program and has managed global projects at Hyper Island. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Stockholm University and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from the Université de Fribourg.
