Jie (Leo) Li

Jie (Leo) Li has over three years of experience in the robotics industry. In 2020, they joined August Robotics as Chief Product Officer and Vice President of Product & Technology. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at KUKA, where they held positions such as Project Manager R&D, Project Leader/Design Engineer, and System Engineering and Design Engineer. As Project Manager R&D, they were the project leader of New Product Development in KUKA China, leading a cross-functional team to deliver the product into market.

Jie (Leo) Li holds a Master's degree in Maschinenbau from the University of Duisburg-Essen, which they obtained between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Thermo Energy and Power Engineering from the China University of Mining and Technology between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, they hold a PMP certification from the PMI-MG - Project Management Institute Brazil, Minas Gerais Chapter.
