In addition to overseeing processing staff to ensure a smooth and fast closing, Shandi Sisserson monitors the active pipeline and turn times for all loan officers and processors. Responsible for assigning, training, and evaluating the working relationship between loan officers and sales support staff, she works hard to ensure that the right people are available to support and provide guidance for any loan officer, whether new or seasoned in the industry.
