Sherri Carter

Sherri Carter is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and workforce development, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Augusta Health since March 2016. In this role, Sherri drives workforce planning and development while managing career programs that include apprenticeships, grants, and scholarships. Previous positions at Augusta Health include Senior Workforce Development Manager and Manager of Training and Development, where Sherri focused on creating training programs to enhance employee performance. Prior to Augusta Health, Sherri worked at nTelos Wireless as an Organizational Development Specialist, optimizing business structures and advising leadership on personnel and resource allocation. Sherri holds a Master's degree in Leadership with a concentration in Sports Leadership from Duquesne University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Organizational Management from Eastern Mennonite University.
