Liz Mercado

Liz Mercado currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Jimerson Birr, overseeing the human resources and talent acquisition department with a focus on leadership and strategic problem solving. Prior to this role, Liz held various positions at The CSI Companies, including Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed building delivery teams, implementing recruiting strategies, and managing vendor relationships. Additionally, Liz has experience as a National Recruiting Manager and National Recruiter, focusing on the full recruitment lifecycle, and previously worked at Robert Half International as a Division Director and Staffing Manager. Liz began a career in retail at Dillards, advancing from Executive Intern to Area Sales Manager. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising and Business Administration from Florida State University and completed Dale Carnegie Training.
