Veronica Andreassen-Barker is an experienced music therapist and educator, currently serving as the Community Chords Program Director and Music Therapist at Augusta Symphony since August 2019. With a diverse background in music therapy, Veronica has owned and operated Resonate Creative LLC since May 2013, providing music therapy and Music Together® classes for young children. Previous roles include independent contractor for the Embassy of the United States, family music teacher at Playroom Kids Club, contract curriculum developer for IREX, and therapist/trainer for the Peace Corps. Vast experience includes work as a neuropsychology technician and music therapist at the Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
