Prior to these roles, Ralph held positions as Security Director at JC Resorts / Surf and Sand Resort, Quechan Resort and Casino, and Morongo Casino Resort and Spa, showcasing a strong background in casino security. Ralph's career began at Mirage Resorts, holding the title of Director of Security at the Laughlin location and later serving as Assistant Security Director in Las Vegas.
