James Ling

James Ling has been working in the engineering field since 2013. James started their career as an intern at APS and SpringLight Education Institute in 2013. In 2014, they interned at ALTENERGY, where they detected issues with broken solar power micro converters and ran stress testing and accelerated life testing for product reliability for micro converters. In 2015, they interned at SAMSON SOLAR, where they analyzed and input data on competitors' websites and products then presented findings to the company. James also worked in customer support to detect problems by remote examining customer data then making solution recommendations. In 2017, they interned at Edwards Lifesciences, where they designed test fixtures, ran design verification experiments and analyzed data to pass FDA requirements. James also created a quick access data booklet to compare and contrast product qualities. Since 2019, they have been a PO Mechanical Engineering Contractor at Augustine Consulting, Inc.

James Ling attended the University of the Pacific from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Mechanical Engineering.
