John Wherry

John Wherry has held a variety of roles in the past decade. John began in 2007 as a Consultant-Contractor for Environmental Systems, where they were the Owner and Project Manager of a Veteran Owned Small Business focused on installation and maintenance of wetland restoration and mitigation projects in Western Washington, as well as providing invasive plant survey's and integrated pest management to control and remove same from ecologically sensitive areas. In 2010, they moved to Augustine Consulting, Inc. where they worked as a Country/Project Manager and Unit System Integrator (USI). In their role as a Country/Project Manager, they provided project oversight and direction, and coordinated with the Government customer to provide and sustain improved Operational Energy solutions to achieve improved efficiencies in fuel consumption, power generation and distribution optimization. John also managed a team of technicians, trainers and mechanics to field Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) tactical generators to small military bases in Afghanistan. As a USI, they provided total product fielding, training, maintenance and support to the military customer, and used coaching and mentoring to demonstrate and develop unit confidence and proficiency in the use of situational awareness technology. In 2018, they began working for QED Systems, LLC as a Tactical Power Assessor.

John Wherry received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Social Sciences - History from Campbell University in 2000, after attending from 1999. John also received an Associate's degree in Technology from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom, which they attended from 1989 to 2003.
