Dana Martin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the beauty industry. Dana most recently worked as the Executive Director of National Sales at Augustinus Bader starting in May 2023. Before that, they were the Director of National Accounts at Sunday Riley from January 2022 to May 2023.
In 2019, Dana joined Yves Saint Laurent Beauty as the Director of National Accounts. In this role, they were responsible for driving national brand strategies and achieving top and bottom line goals within the luxury retailer sector. Dana developed and executed strategic market and sales plans across all channels of business, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Prior to Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, Dana worked at Parfums Christian Dior as the National Key Account Director from January 2017 to April 2019. In this role, they launched the Key Account role and was responsible for driving strategy, national programs, and sales goals. Dana worked closely with National Accounts to develop national programs and achieve sales objectives for both the brand and retailer.
Dana's earlier experience includes working at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics from 2010 to 2016. Dana started as the Director of Sales, West Coast, leading a team responsible for $48M in annual sales. During their time at Bobbi Brown, their team consistently ranked #1 in the country. Dana also served as the Regional Sales Director for Creme de la Mer, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, and Jo Malone from March 2010 to August 2010.
Prior to Bobbi Brown, Dana worked at Origins Natural Resources as the Regional Marketing Director from April 2007 to March 2010. Dana started their career at Origins as a Senior Account Executive from November 1997 to April 2007.
Dana Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Oregon State University. Additionally, Dana has obtained a certification in "Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook" from LinkedIn in July 2021.
