Mun Synn Ngai

Mun Synn Ngai began their work experience in 2014 as a Buyer for DFZ (M) SDN BHD. From May 2014 to December 2015, they held this position before transitioning to the role of Merchandising Assistant Manager from January 2016 onwards. In 2019, Ngai joined Coty as a Retail Specialist for Travel Retail Asia Pacific, a role they held until January 2023 when they became the Retail Manager for Travel Retail APAC. Currently, Ngai works at Augustinus Bader as the Key Account Manager for Travel Retail APAC, a position they have held since May 2023.

Mun Synn Ngai attended Taylor's University College from an unknown start year until 2007, pursuing a degree in Engineering Science. Following this, they enrolled at the University of South Australia for a Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, and Communication, without specific start or end years. In terms of additional certifications, Mun Synn Ngai obtained a certification in Digital Marketing: Strategies, Models, and Frameworks from the National University of Singapore in January 2023.
