Jeremy Gibson

Jeremy Gibson has a diverse work experience that spans from 1996 to the present. Jeremy began their career in 1996 as a Budget and Training Manager in the United States Air Force, where they worked for 17 years. In this role, they managed various projects, including the centralization of financial management functions across multiple locations. Following their time in the military, Jeremy worked at Fortis College as the Director of Administration from 2014 to 2019. Here, they were responsible for managing accounting functions, budget forecasting, and human resources. Since 2019, Jeremy has been working at The Hotel at Auburn University & Dixon Conference Center. Jeremy started as an Assistant Director of Finance and was later promoted to the role of Area Assistant Director of Finance. In both roles, they supervised and reviewed accounting sections, trained staff, and ensured adherence to standard operating procedures.

Jeremy Gibson has a diverse education history. Jeremy started their educational journey in 2002 at the Community College of the Air Force, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Accounting and Finance in 2003. Building on this foundation, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management at Park University, which they completed in 2008.

To further advance their knowledge and skills, Jeremy pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communication and Leadership at Park University, which they completed in 2014. Jeremy's commitment to lifelong learning led him to enroll at Troy University, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Adult and Continuing Education Administration, completing the program in 2019. Through their educational pursuits, Jeremy has acquired expertise in various fields, including communication and leadership, business administration and management, adult and continuing education administration, accounting, and finance.
