Bavithra R. has been working in the software industry since 2018. Bavithra started their career as a Junior Angular Frontend Developer/ Test Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they were involved in frontend web development in Angular and was responsible for translating wireframes into working code using Bootstrap, Material, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Bavithra also had advanced knowledge in Selenium automation testing and basic understanding of Junit testing. Bavithra then moved on to a role as a Junior Java Front end Developer, where they were responsible for Java frontend software development for MasterCard 2020 Migration project. Bavithra then moved on to a role as a NLP Data Analyst under Citibank's Innovation Lab Team, where they were responsible for analyzing NLP models and ensuring high accuracy in expression recognition using Kore. ai product. Bavithra is currently working as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Auk.Industries since 2020.

Bavithra R. has a diverse educational background. Bavithra obtained an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology from the Management Development Institute of Singapore between 2014 and 2015, with a focus in Information Technology. Bavithra then attended Northumbria University from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Computer Security degree with a focus in Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Networking, and Programming.
