Magnus Vitsø Bjørnstad

Magnus Vitsø Bjørnstad has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Magnus Vitsø currently holds the position of VP Strategy - Product and Production at Auk since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager in Strategi og Forretningsutvikling at Coop Norge from September 2020 to October 2021.

Before transitioning to the retail sector, Magnus gained valuable experience at Deloitte Norge. Magnus Vitsø served as a Senior Consultant in Operations Transformation - Robotics and Intelligent Automation from July 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant in Technology, Strategy & Architecture from an undisclosed date until July 2019.

In addition, Magnus has experience in the academic and coaching fields. Magnus Vitsø worked as a Coach at Spark* NTNU from January 2014 to May 2017 and as a Teaching Assistant at NTNU from January 2013 to January 2016.

Furthermore, Magnus started their professional career in the military, serving as a Sergeant/Team Leader in the Norwegian Armed Forces from July 2010 to July 2011.

Magnus Vitsø Bjørnstad obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2011 to 2015. Magnus Vitsø then pursued further education at NTNU School of Entrepreneurship and earned a second Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Development from 2015 to 2017. Prior to their university education, Magnus attended Hærens Befalsskole from 2009 to 2011 and obtained the degree of Sergeant with a focus on Leadership and Military Engineering. Additionally, Magnus has obtained several certifications, including Design Sprint Facilitator from Løpe, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Westergaard A/S, Pega Certified Business Architect from Pegasystems, SAFe 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., and TOGAF 9 Certified from The Open Group.
