Brook Guinn Darby

Brook Guinn Darby has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Starting with their most recent position, Brook worked at Aulder Capital as the Director of Operations since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager of Operations from July 2020 to December 2021. Before transitioning to operations, Brook was a Specialist in Marketing at Aulder Capital from January 2018 to July 2020. They also held the role of Manager in Legal & Leasing from June 2017 to June 2018, and before that, they were an Administrator in Legal and Leasing from January 2016 to June 2017.

Prior to joining Aulder Capital, Brook worked for SANDOW - Interior Design Magazine as a Special Projects Administrator on a contractor/remote basis from October 2012 to January 2016.

Additionally, Brook has experience as a Freelance Event Planner, where they were retained by individual clients, small companies, and corporations to conceptualize, organize, and orchestrate theme-based and special events in the NYC area. They managed event budgets exceeding $20K during this period from March 2009 to December 2015.

Brook also worked at Macerich - Kings Plaza as a Marketing contractor from September 2013 to January 2014. Prior to this, they were an Assistant Marketing Manager at Macerich from July 2007 to February 2009.

Brook Guinn Darby obtained their AAS degree in Marketing & Advertising Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a BA degree in Psychology from Clark University between 1994 and 1998. In addition to their formal education, Brook has also obtained various certifications, including becoming a Notary Public in New York State in May 2016, obtaining a Marketing, Google Analytics, and Social Media Certification from IT University Online in April 2015, and completing the Marketing Manager Training Program Certification from Macerich in 2008.
