Alan Kumar

Alan Kumar is a Member of the Scientific Advisory Board at AUM Biosciences. Alan has over two decades of experience in Cancer research. Alan completed their PhD from the University of North Texas and postdoctoral fellowship from Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center – Jefferson Health. Alan has also worked as a Research Lab Manager and Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of North Texas. Their current research focus is on identifying nuclear receptor superfamilies involved in transcriptional regulation of myeloperoxidase gene in association with Alzheimers’, atherosclerosis, and myeloperoxidase-associated cancers.

Alan Kumar has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of North Texas, an MSc. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of North Texas, and a BSc. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of North Texas.
