Veeresh M S has a diverse work experience in the field of quality management. Veeresh started their career as a Trainee at Ashra Consultant, where they gained experience in inspection, documentation, and quality planning. Veeresh then worked as an Engineer at Baker Gauges India, where they were responsible for controlling daily activities, calibration, and conducting studies. At TVS Motor Company, they served as a Foreman in the quality department, handling scheduling, setting up quality assurance data, and preparing reports for top management.

Veeresh then joined Bosch India as a Senior Engineer, where they conducted audits and certifications, and implemented continuous improvement processes. Veeresh later moved to Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd as a Deputy Manager, focusing on achieving zero defects in customer assembly.

After that, they worked at MANN+HUMMEL Group as a Senior Manager, leading quality processes and monitoring critical manufacturing processes. Currently, they are the Head of Quality Management at AUMA, where they provide leadership to the quality management team and is a member of the top management team.

Throughout their career, Veeresh has demonstrated expertise in quality management, process improvement, and leadership.

Veeresh M S received their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from B V B College of Engineering & Technology in Hubli, from 1989 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed their PUC (Pre-University Course) in PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology) from PC Jabin Science College in Hubli, from 1987 to 1989. Veeresh M S also completed their SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) from Government Boys High School in Davangere, from 1984 to 1987. In addition to their formal education, Veeresh M S obtained certifications in A2 Deutsch from Goethe Institut in Bangalore in December 2016, and as a Lead Assessor ISO 9001:2008 from Nigel Bauer & Associates in the UK in March 2014.
