Erdem Aldemir

Erdem Aldemir has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Erdem started their career at Moeller GmbH as a Werkzeugmechaniker Formentechnik from September 2001 to July 2004. After that, they joined Eaton as an Industriemechaniker Systemtechnik from September 2005 to December 2012. Erdem then worked at ProSport Racing GmbH as a Mechaniker from August 2011 to July 2012. In 2013, they completed a Bachelorarbeit and worked as a Studentischer Praktikant at Daimler AG from January 2013 to October 2013. Erdem then joined Georg Fischer as a Quality Engineer from November 2014 to March 2016. Erdem later joined Ypsomed AG, where they held various roles including Risk Manager from April 2016 to September 2019, Business Process Expert from October 2019 to April 2021, and Manager Business Process Management from April 2021 to May 2023. Erdem has most recently been appointed as the Head of Quality Management at B. Braun Gruppe from June 2023 onwards.
