Marshal Rogers

Marshal Rogers has a rich work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Marshal started their career in 2006 as an Operations Manager at TerraScan, Inc., where they managed the company's day-to-day operations, including sales, customer management, product design, and engineering team management. In 2012, TerraScan, Inc. was acquired by Thomson Reuters, and Marshal was named Manager of Operations for the Lincoln NE location. In this role, they oversaw sales, support, and development teams while also managing the development of the T2 software suite and maintaining legacy products.

In 2013, Marshal transitioned to Sr. Manager of Software Development at Thomson Reuters and later became the Director of Product Management. In these positions, they led nationwide teams focused on developing and maintaining a diverse portfolio of county government software solutions. Marshal introduced Agile methodologies and mentored staff through the transformation process. Marshal's expertise and leadership were instrumental in managing existing assets, expanding market shares, and breaking down resistance to change.

In 2006, Marshal joined Aumentum Technologies as the Director of Research and Development. Marshal led an international team of software engineers and product managers, focusing on developing and maintaining county government software solutions in the property tax space. Marshal also played a key role in solution designing, external application integration, and vendor management. Marshal continued in this role until 2021 when the Government business was acquired by Harris and reorganized under the Aumentum Technologies brand.

Most recently, Marshal joined Aumentum Technologies in 2022 as the Director of Support Services. In this role, they oversee support services for the company.

Marshal Rogers attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology.
