Christiane Obermeier

Christiane Obermeier is an experienced professional in the field of people analytics and human resources, currently serving as the Head of People Analytics & Technology and Services at AUMOVIO since May 2025. Prior roles include leading similar functions at Continental from November 2021 to September 2025 and OSRAM Continental, where responsibilities encompassed resource management, data analytics, and strategic initiatives. Between 2013 and 2018, Christiane held the position of International HR Business Partner at Continental, supporting executives in central functions and contributing to global HR strategies. Christiane holds a Master of Arts in International Culture and Business Studies from Universität Passau and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
