Prodipto Basu has over 16 years of experience in Service Operations and Delivery, with a focus on IT Infrastructure and Operations within both financial and non-financial sectors, having worked with notable organizations such as RBS, Rolls Royce, HSBC, and Bank of America. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Business Systems at AUMOVIO since September 2025, Prodipto has previously held senior leadership roles at Continental and BT, including Head of Cloud Operations and Senior Operations Manager. In addition to technical expertise, Prodipto is skilled in team management, training, and achieving performance metrics. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management and International Business at Lovely Professional University, Prodipto holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Joseph's.
