Meagan Washington-Sims

Meagan Washington-Sims is an experienced professional in human services and youth development, currently serving as a Unit Manager at Aunt Martha's Youth Service Center since April 2017, where Meagan oversees and supports Shelter Care Specialists to ensure compliance with standards. Additionally, Meagan functions as a Youth Development Specialist at The Harbour, Inc., focusing on building positive relationships with youth and providing guidance for independence.
