Rhonda Scott

Rhonda Scott serves as the Team Lead for Technology & Innovation at the Calgary Police Service since June 2023, specializing in the Learning Management System (LMS) by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the system while providing user support and training. With extensive experience dating back to July 1997 as a Lieutenant in the Navy with the Department of National Defence and various roles at the City of Calgary, including HR Consultant and Instructional Designer, Rhonda has successfully managed projects related to the LMS and designed training programs to meet organizational needs. Previous communications roles at Mount Royal University and Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP have further solidified Rhonda's expertise in marketing, training, and organizational communications. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Administration in Marketing & Communications from the University of Regina, an Adult Learning Certificate from Mount Royal University, and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Calgary.
