Alisa Gmelich is the Chief Brand Officer at Auntie Anne's. Alisa was previously the Vice President Marketing at IHOP from January 2012 to August 2020. Alisa was responsible for the development and implementation of multiple marketing touchpoints and all aspects of the menu plan and product pipeline. Alisa was additionally responsible for gaining franchisee leadership endorsement, creating a 3-year projected calendar plan, solving complex business challenges, and increasing traffic and guest loyalty. Alisa has experience working with cross-functional teams and partner agencies and their team introduced the California Whopper LTO burger. Alisa has been recognized as a top-tier national performer who consistently secured voluntary local marketing spending from franchisees.
