Victoria Stensøe

Victoria Stensøe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Victoria is currently working as an Account Manager at Auntie, where they are responsible for sales and delivery of the company's conversation service to new corporate customers in a new market. Prior to this, they worked at Metier OEC, starting as a Program Coordinator, responsible for coordinating all activities related to planning and implementation of the company's training program. Victoria later transitioned into an Account Manager role at the same company, where they focused on sales and delivery of training programs in project management to corporate clients, with a focus on helping them achieve their strategic goals through competence development. Before their roles at Metier OEC, Victoria had a successful career as a competitive swimmer, representing the Norwegian national team and achieving individual records and finalist positions at European championships. Additionally, they have had short-term roles as a receptionist at Personalhuset Norge and as a substitute teacher and assistant at Lambertseter Skole in Oslo kommune.

Victoria Stensøe completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Kristiania University College from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they obtained an Advanced certificate in Project Management (30 ECTS) from SKEMA Business School. Prior to that, they studied Business and Administration at Oslo and Akershus University College from 2012 to 2013.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Victoria has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation - Smidig prosjektledelse certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Victoria also obtained the MoP Foundation - Porteføljestyring certification in March 2019 and the MSP Foundation - Programledelse certification in November 2018, both from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2017, they obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation - Prosjektledelse certification from the same institution. Victoria also achieved certification as a Sertifisert personlighetstester NEO-PI-3 from Hogrefe in October 2014.
