Sherri Bwint

Sherri Bwint is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in child care operations, currently serving as the Director of Field Operations at AuPairCare Live-In Childcare since September 1997. In this role, Sherri oversees all field-related activities, including the hiring and management of approximately 180 nationwide staff members. Previously, as Northeast Regional Manager, Sherri managed 24 Area Directors supporting nearly 500 host families, focusing on daily operations and program compliance. Sherri's career began at Children's Choice as Regional Director, managing staff across five satellite offices in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Sherri holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Eastern College, with additional minors in Psychology and Sociology.
