David Ofori-Amoah

David Ofori-Amoah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and engineering across various sectors. Currently serving as VP Brand + Design at Enedym Inc. since March 2022, David leads initiatives in next-generation electric motors and power electronics. Simultaneously, as Chief Design Officer at Auper Motorcycles, David focuses on developing affordable electric motorcycles with advanced features. David also contributes as a Mechanical Engineer and Designer at Ghost Lab Design and as an interdisciplinary design lecturer at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where David has been part of the IPRO Program since August 2014. Previous roles include strategist and designer at McCullough Partners and Doblin, as well as engineering positions at thinkmore, Inc. and Caterpillar Inc. David holds two Master of Design degrees from the Illinois Institute of Technology and the Institute of Design, completed between 2006 and 2009.
