Conor Kilroy

Conor Kilroy serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Aura Biosciences since April 2024. Previously, Kilroy held the position of General Counsel at Neurogastrx, Inc. from September 2021 to May 2023. Kilroy's extensive experience also includes various roles at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals from June 2013 to February 2021, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Vice President, General Counsel to Associate Director, Corporate Counsel. Prior to this, Kilroy was a Corporate Counsel at Boston Scientific and an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP. Kilroy earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Politics and Sociology from Brandeis University.
