Hatice Harmankaya

Hatice Harmankaya is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and strategic marketing across the hospitality and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as the Group Marketing and Communications Director at Aura Group since February 2025, Hatice previously held various leadership roles at Alshaya Group, including Business Head for Pizza Express and Head of Marketing for the Hospitality Division. With a robust background in brand strategy and marketing execution for well-known brands such as Shake Shack and Jagermeister, Hatice has consistently driven growth and brand equity. Hatice holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Hacettepe University and completed a program at London Business School in 2021.
