Tom Kerr

Tom Kerr has extensive experience in research and customer insights, currently serving as an Events professional at AURA Insight since July 2021. Previously, Tom founded Thought Research, a fellowship of seasoned professionals, from April 2015 to June 2021. Tom held key roles at various organizations, including Head of Research at Tesco Bank, Partner at What's Next, Head of Customer & Market Insight at RBS Group, Director of Customer Insights at Sainsbury's Bank, and Director of Customer Strategy at Bank of Scotland. Early career experience includes serving as Director at GFK, where Tom was a member of the Corporate and Financial Board, and as Account Manager at AGB plc. Tom completed education at Edinburgh Napier University and Marr College, Troon.
