Ilka Miranda currently serves as an Analista de Recursos Humanos at Aura Minerals Inc since July 2023. With over 14 years of experience in training and consulting at Talentosos, Ilka specializes in helping HR professionals transition to consultancy roles by implementing strategic people management systems focused on business results. Additionally, Ilka is the CEO and coach for managers at Micro e Pequenas Empresas and has been an instructor and consultant with Sebrae RN, specializing in people management. Previous experience includes working as an autonomous consultant from 2008 to 2016, providing financial planning and guidance to companies. Ilka holds a degree in Behavioral Analysis in HR from Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching, a specialization in Marketing from Faculdade de Natal, and a degree from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte.
