Jose Issac Gonzalez Candia

Jose Issac Gonzalez Candia possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management within the mining industry. Currently serving as Superintendente de planificaciones at Aura Minerals Inc since June 2019, Jose also holds the title of Ingeniero de automatización. Prior to this role, Jose worked at Primero Mining Corp from July 2011 to April 2019 as Jefe de instrumentacion y control, where responsibilities included overseeing the instrumentation and control department for project development aimed at increasing production, as well as engineering reviews, equipment installation, and commissioning. Jose earned a degree in Ingeniero Mecatrónico from Instituto Tecnológico de Durango from 2003 to 2008 and a Técnico en sistemas informáticos from Centro de Estudios Tecnológicos industrial y de servicios 148 from 2000 to 2003.
