Nathália Batista

Nathália Batista is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in legal services, currently serving as Advogada Plena Corporativa at Aura Minerals Inc since 2022. Responsibilities include contract preparation and analysis, corporate governance, and legal support on various regulatory matters. Prior to this role, Nathália worked at CPFL Energia as Advogada Societária e de Governança Corporativa, focusing on corporate procedures and internal documentation for new business projects.
