Renato Laerth

Renato Laerth is an experienced mining engineer currently serving as an Engenheiro de Minas e Operação Pleno at Aura Minerals Inc since August 2023. Previously, Renato worked at Grupo J.Demito from May 2019 to August 2023, holding various positions including Engenheiro de Minas - Supervisor de Mineração/Planejamento de Mina, where responsibilities encompassed operational planning, production supervision, and mobile maintenance for an open-pit limestone mine. Renato also gained hands-on experience as an intern at NATICAL - Natividade calcário LTDA and O-Pitblast, focusing on sample collection, drilling supervision, and the optimization of drilling quality. Renato holds a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Gerenciamento de Projetos from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Engineering from ULBRA, along with a Técnico degree in Agrimensura from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Tocantins.
