Richard Massari

Richard Massari has extensive experience in operational excellence, project management, and digital transformation across various industries. As the Director of Operational Excellence, Digital & Innovation at Aura Minerals Inc since May 2018, Richard leads global performance initiatives and manages the PMO. Previous roles include serving as an MBA Professor at FGV Corporativa, focusing on Theory of Constraints, and overseeing operational excellence at Yamana Gold, where Richard managed significant capital projects and developed continuous improvement programs. Richard's expertise also spans consulting positions with notable companies such as Bosch/ZF, Whirlpool Latin America, and Vale Bayovar, where impactful project management solutions were implemented. Educational qualifications include an MBA from FGV and participation in the Stanford GSB LEAD Program, along with certifications in Theory of Constraints.
